Cheryl's success as a Realtor is due in large part to the simple truths of honesty, integrity and hard work. She has built her business strictly on these principals, with client referrals being her only source of advertising. Having worked twenty plus years in the construction/real estate development field in the Northern Virginia and Shenandoah Valley areas, she is experienced in residential home sales, new construction, land and commercial sales. She has built successful business relationships with lenders, home inspectors, and title companies making it possible for her to supply ALL of her clients needs. Being a successful Realtor entails so much more than just selling houses. Cheryl has commented many times that entering into a real estate transaction is like becoming a part of the family for the duration of the transaction. Accessibility for her clients is paramount. Buying and selling a home is one of the most important if not THE most important thing many people do in their lives and because it is so important it also becomes very emotional at times, both high and low, and it is so necessary to be there for your clients. That is why she works diligently to see that the entire process is as painless as possible. Cheryl is responsive and attuned to the ever-changing real estate market and is very proactive in handling whatever situations may arise. Angela worked as a licensed title insurance agent with a firm specializing in real estate closings for four years. Becoming a Realtor was a natural transition with Angela's enthusiastic personality and diversified knowledge of the Real Estate industry. She has become a huge asset to "Team Adkins".
